Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations within this period will receive a full refund to your original payment method. This timeframe allows us to halt processing and shipping in a timely manner.
After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return and refund by following the guidelines in our return policy below.
At Jeweliora, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made and engraved items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process smoothly.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering each piece, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
